By accessing or using BATWEALTH (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BATWEALTH does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

The Service provides trading education, journaling, calculators, code-gated research, live public-market information, and the Alfred assistant. It does not provide personalised financial advice and is not a broker, exchange, custodian, portfolio manager, or investment adviser.

Access codes are single-use, non-transferable, and revocable at any time. Attempted resale, sharing, brute-forcing, or automated redemption may result in immediate termination without refund.

You are solely responsible for every trade, broker choice, funded-account action, tax obligation, and external link opened from the Service.

Trading in foreign exchange, CFDs, cryptocurrencies, indices, commodities, and prop-firm evaluations involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. You may lose more than your initial deposit on leveraged products depending on your broker and jurisdiction.

Past performance, historical journal entries, back-tests, screenshots, and demonstration accounts are not indicative of future results.

Nothing in the Service constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. Consult a licensed financial adviser in your jurisdiction before acting.

Signals, event predictions, and forecast outputs are research artefacts derived from public information and the model's reasoning at the moment of generation.

When the current available evidence is insufficient, BATWEALTH must clearly return a "no-trade" verdict rather than fabricate a directional call.

Signals expire. A signal that was valid at the moment of generation may be invalid seconds later due to market movement or new information.

BATWEALTH does not guarantee accuracy, profitability, timeliness, or completeness of any signal. Users trade at their own risk.

The Service uses live public data feeds (news APIs, economic calendar feeds, publicly available market data). Where a feed is unavailable, delayed, or cannot verify a claim, the app must state so plainly and refuse to invent information.

The Service does not use, resell, or claim access to non-public, insider, or restricted institutional information.

"Institutional Flow" and similar surfaces summarise publicly available context (COT reports, public order-flow research, published broker positioning). No confidential source is used or implied.

Uploaded chart screenshots, images, and files must be your own or freely usable content. Do not upload copyrighted content you do not have the right to use.

Supported image formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP. Maximum recommended size: 5 MB per image. Larger files may be rejected or downscaled for storage efficiency.

Do not upload personal identity documents, government IDs, payment card images, private keys, bank statements, or images containing other people without consent.

Chart images are processed for forensic analysis by the Alfred assistant. Do not upload confidential or client-privileged material.

By uploading, you grant BATWEALTH a limited licence to process the image for the purpose of returning analysis to you. You retain ownership of your content.

BATWEALTH stores a device-level identifier, activity logs (page views, feature usage), submitted feedback, ban records, and access-code redemption metadata to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and provide admin support.

Journal entries, notes, and playbooks are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) by default. Do not enter passwords, private keys, government IDs, or personal financial account credentials.

Uploaded content (chart screenshots, audio) is transmitted to AI processing endpoints for the purpose you requested (forensic analysis, transcription). It is not sold to third parties.

You may request deletion of your device-linked activity data via the in-app Feedback button; deletion is honoured within a reasonable operational window.

BATWEALTH uses browser localStorage for settings, journal, notes, playbook, onboarding state, and admin session flag. These are not tracking cookies and are not shared cross-site.

Session cookies used by the Supabase backend are strictly necessary for authenticated actions (admin login) and cannot be disabled without breaking that functionality.

Access codes are single-use, one-device, and time-limited at BATWEALTH's discretion. Once consumed, a code cannot be re-used on another device.

Admin access is restricted to the operator via a separate admin code. Admin authentication grants elevated privileges (post updates, manage codes, ban abusive devices, review feedback).

Brute-force attempts, automated redemption, or sharing of codes constitutes abuse and may result in permanent device-level ban without notice.

Respect the Service, other members, and the operator. No harassment, no doxxing, no illegal content.

Do not use BATWEALTH to distribute pump-and-dump content, market manipulation coordination, or content promoting illegal financial activity.

The house always wins when discipline wins: manage risk, respect invalidation, avoid revenge trading, and keep clean records.

You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding financial services, trading, taxation, and data protection.

The Service may be unavailable, restricted, or non-compliant in certain jurisdictions. Do not use the Service where it is prohibited by local law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be resolved through informal negotiation first, then binding arbitration where legally permissible.

BATWEALTH may update these terms, policies, and requirements at any time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Material changes will be announced via the in-app Updates surface (real posted updates only — no simulated announcements).
